Cancellation & Refund Policy

This Refund, Cancellation & Service Policy governs all training programs, certification support services, exam-related assistance, self-learning modules, digital products, corporate training engagements, and consulting services provided by VedLearning / Vedtech Learning Pvt Ltd.

By registering, making payment, accessing training materials, joining sessions, receiving exam/application support, or using any VedLearning service, the candidate/client acknowledges and agrees to the terms mentioned below.

1. General Policy

VedLearning invests operational, trainer, licensing, scheduling, administrative, exam coordination, and support resources immediately upon registration/payment confirmation.

Due to the nature of digital learning services, certification support, and operational allocations, all payments made to VedLearning are subject to the policies below.

2. Non-Refundable Components

The following components are strictly non-refundable once initiated, delivered, booked, processed, shared, or activated:

Once any of the above services/materials are delivered or activated, refund eligibility may be reduced or void.

3. Live Training Refund Policy

3.1 Before Batch Starts

Candidates requesting cancellation before the batch start date may be eligible for partial refund consideration after deducting:

  • Administrative charges
  • Processing fees
  • Application support costs
  • Material/shared resource costs
  • Payment gateway deductions
  • Any third-party costs already incurred

Refund approvals remain solely at VedLearning’s discretion.

4. Exam Voucher Policy

4.1 Voucher Delivery Timeline

Exam vouchers are dependent on:

  • Third-party vendors
  • Certification bodies
  • Regional availability
  • Currency/location-based pricing
  • Compliance & verification checks

VedLearning shall not be held liable for delays caused by:

 

  • Vendor stock shortages
  • Certification body processing delays
  • Regional restrictions
  • Technical/system limitations
  • Compliance verification issues
  • International operational dependencies

4.2 Voucher Usage

Candidates are responsible for:

  • Providing accurate details
  • Booking exams within voucher validity
  • Following certification body policies
  • Ensuring identity/document compliance

VedLearning is not responsible for:

  • Missed exam attempts
  • Expired vouchers due to candidate delay
  • Certification body rejections
  • Exam suspension due to policy violations

5. Batch Rescheduling / Trainer Unavailability

VedLearning reserves the right to:

  • Reschedule batches
  • Change trainers
  • Adjust schedules/timings
  • Merge batches
  • Conduct alternate sessions

in case of:

  • Trainer emergencies
  • Operational constraints
  • Technical issues
  • Low batch participation
  • External circumstances beyond control

In such situations, candidates may be offered:

  • Revised schedules
  • Alternate trainers
  • Access to recordings/materials
  • Upcoming batch access
  • Extended validity/support

 

Batch rescheduling alone shall not automatically qualify for full refund.

6. Corporate Training Policy

For corporate/group engagements:

  • Dates and resources are reserved in advance
  • Trainers and operational resources are blocked specifically for the organization

Therefore:

  • Purchase Orders (POs), agreements, or confirmed bookings may be non-cancellable once resources are allocated
  • Last-minute cancellations/rescheduling may incur additional charges
  • Customized corporate content/services are non-refundable once prepared

Separate enterprise agreements may override portions of this policy.

7. Candidate Responsibilities

Candidates are responsible for:

  • Providing accurate application details
  • Maintaining professional conduct
  • Responding through official communication channels
  • Completing prerequisites/documentation timely
  • Following certification body ethics and compliance policies

VedLearning shall not be responsible for delays caused by:

  • Candidate non-responsiveness
  • Incomplete information
  • Delayed documentation
  • Failure to coordinate through official support channels

8. Official Communication Policy

Only communications through official VedLearning channels shall be considered valid for operational actions, escalations, scheduling, and support.

Official channels include:

  • Official email IDs
  • Registered support channels

VedLearning shall not be held liable for communication gaps caused due to:

  • Informal communication methods
  • Delayed candidate responses
  • Unverified third-party interactions

9. Chargeback & Payment Dispute Policy

Initiating payment disputes/chargebacks without attempting formal resolution through official support channels may be treated as breach of service terms.

VedLearning reserves the right to:

  • Suspend ongoing services
  • Restrict access to materials/platforms
  • Submit operational/service records during dispute investigations
  • Recover administrative, legal, or operational losses where applicable under governing laws

Candidates are encouraged to contact official support channels before initiating disputes.

10. Refund Processing Timeline

Approved refunds, where applicable, may take:

  • 15–60 business days

depending on:

  • Banking channels
  • International transfer timelines
  • Payment gateway processing
  • Vendor settlement timelines
  • Operational approvals

Refunds shall be processed only through the original payment source where feasible

11. No Guarantee Clause

VedLearning provides training, mentoring, guidance, and certification support services.

However, VedLearning does not guarantee:

  • Job placement
  • Salary increase
  • Interview selection
  • Certification pass results
  • Immigration/visa approvals
  • Promotion outcomes

Any success statistics, testimonials, or outcomes shared are indicative and may vary by candidate.

12. Ethics & Compliance

VedLearning strictly discourages:

  • Proxy exams
  • Exam misconduct
  • Certification fraud
  • Identity manipulation
  • Violation of certification body policies

Any candidate found engaging in unethical activities may have services suspended without refund.

13. Force Majeure

VedLearning shall not be held liable for delays or service interruptions caused by:

  • Government restrictions
  • Internet outages
  • Natural disasters
  • War/civil disturbances
  • Pandemic situations
  • Certification body operational issues
  • Banking/payment disruptions
  • Circumstances beyond reasonable operational control

14. Limitation of Liability

VedLearning total liability, under any circumstance, shall not exceed the amount actually paid by the candidate for the concerned service.

VedLearning shall not be liable for:

  • Indirect losses
  • Career losses
  • Business interruption
  • Opportunity losses
  • Emotional distress claims
  • Third-party service interruptions

15. Policy Updates

VedLearning reserves the right to modify, update, or revise this policy at any time without prior notice.

The latest published version shall supersede previous versions.
